4. Payments and Pricing
Nexus SaaS offers subscription-based services. You agree to pay all fees associated with your account in accordance with the billing terms in effect at the time the fee or charge becomes payable.
We reserve the right to change our pricing and billing methods at any time. Notice of any changes will be provided to you via email or through the platform interface.
5. Refund Policy
Subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, Nexus Systems may provide refunds on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
6. Intellectual Property
The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Nexus Systems and its licensors.
User-contributed content remains the property of the user, however, by uploading content to Nexus SaaS, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with providing the service.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Nexus Systems or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Nexus SaaS.
8. Modifications
Nexus Systems may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Service.
